Taquitos Para Los Cumpleaños

Our parish staff celebrated not one, but two birthdays today with the highlight being the outstanding culinary skills of our brilliant receptionist, Lupe. She and her assistant Karen made a feast of Taquitos for our fiesta and we all left stuffed, ready for a siesta. It was fun to celebrate with the staff by eating some great food along with a cake accurately described as “not too sweet”. My hat goes off to Lupe for her cooking. Thanks also for giving me a reason to post a Gipsy Kings song on the blog!

    I am mucho stuffed still even today!!! I think they might be able to use Taquitos to insulate houses..just spray them into the attic and they will swell up as they did in my stomach LOL…of course its probably bc i ate 4 of them!!!! Couldnt stop myself!! Why didnt someone stage an intervention? LOL
