Lux Aeterna
Please keep in your prayers the Feist family who last night suffered the loss of two of its members, Nancy and Peter. Nancy was due to give birth to her sixth child, Peter, in September. Last night she collapsed and doctors were unable to save her or Peter. Dave and Nancy and their family have been my friends since my first assignment at Sacred Heart. This is an incredible loss for our diocesan family too, as Nancy served as the secretary for both Bishop Kurtz and Bishop Stika. She served many in that role and will be sorely missed. I hope the readers of this blog will keep especially in prayer her husband Dave and her children Hope, Justin, Ryan, Craig and Erin. May the Lord grant them eternal rest.
