We do tend to hit patches where many people are dying in waves.....always makes me thankful for my own life and for those God has place around me.

Lately it seems I'm surrounded by people dying. A few years ago my father in law and his friend (and mine), Walter died. Both shared something of a common past, but they were an "Odd Couple" whose lives were forged together by a common faith and our families.
