Sabbath Sunday: Be Kind and Gentle

Earlier this week I was discussing St. Seraphim of Sarov with my friend Irene. Here is an older post that centers on this saint.

Once again you are invited to join me in promoting the Sabbath by taking a break from your normal blogging. Please share an older post from your blog that is near and dear to your heart. Make sure to leave your name and the URL of your post below and share a comment if you so desire. I look forward to reading your recycled posts!

I enjoyed the post on St. Seraphim. The quotation is beautiful. Your Sabbath Sunday opportunity motivates me to look back to my posts of last May. I chose A Good Homily because I thought it helped me understand a scripture passage much better. Looking back, I think I was doing better writing then than now. I am wondering why. Happy Sabbath, Fr. Christian.

I look at my writings and they are all about my family. I basically use my blog as a journal for my family. So I just want to comment that I love reading all of your current blogs and your favorite ones that you post from the past. So many of your readers as well as yourself are truly inspirational writers. I’m just a simple mom blogging about my simple mom life :) ) Have a great sunday and I look forward to each and every post!

Glad that you both enjoyed the quote from St. Seraphim. There are quite a few mom bloggers out there who write excellent things!
