This morning I received a gift of these two beautiful Russian icons. I never cease to be amazed by the power icons have to remind me of the natural beauty and goodness of the world God has created and redeemed by becoming one of us.

    How beautiful! Don’t you love icons that aren’t mass-produced (actually, if they are mass produced they cease to be icons)
