Deacon Sean challenges us on the feast of the Ascension, not to look up, but rather within. He also explains why many dioceses in the United States now celebrate this holy day of awesome on Sunday rather than Thursday. As a traditionalist, I am going to have to disagree with the Holy Chancellor of the Realm on this one. Transferring holy days always seems to water the faith down to me. But I suppose as long as they are still celebrated, we will continue to spread the good news. You can listen to his homily here.
